gettting error upon installation

I tried to reinstall proto and it had me download .NET and then it says, "failed to register". please advise? |

Did Proto stop working since your recent posts? Why are you reinstalling? Did you uninstall before attempting to reinstall if you did in fact need to reinstall Proto? |

ok I got it working again from the old installation. I just could not find link on my desktop since I rebooted, but now I am able to find it after doing a search under START=>ALL PROGRAMS |
