Overview

Tutorials, FAQs and demos are a great way to provide context and help you get started, but we felt that for intermediate developers a library of short, self-contained examples files would be the most effective way to learn the building blocks of Proto. The developer cookbook shows you how to create the small and common patterns of modules that are essential to build any complex Proto solution. These Components and patterns are like code "snippets" you can learn from and use in your own solutions.

The data sets used are abstract and generic to illustrate a point, and the documentation is light. As such, these examples are intended for motivated, self-taught Proto users who are comfortable poking around in the Builder to see how a tool was constructed.
